- 1 orange, peeled and chopped
- 100g/3½oz dried cranberries
- 3 tbsp honey
- 25g/1oz caster sugar
- 100g/3½oz butter
- 50g/1¾oz brown sugar
- 100g/3½oz plain flour
- 50g/1¾oz oats
- Preheat the oven to 200C/400F/Gas 6.
- In a blini pan or a small frying pan place the orange, cranberries, honey and sugar. Cook on a high heat for two minutes until golden.
- To make the topping, using a food processor blend together the butter, brown sugar, flour and oats until lumpy.
- Scatter this mixture over the crumble base.
- Place in the preheated oven for eight minutes.
- Serve hot from the oven.
