Orange crumble with cranberries Recipe

  • 1 orange, peeled and chopped
  • 100g/3½oz dried cranberries
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 25g/1oz caster sugar
  • 100g/3½oz butter
  • 50g/1¾oz brown sugar
  • 100g/3½oz plain flour
  • 50g/1¾oz oats
  1. Preheat the oven to 200C/400F/Gas 6.
  2. In a blini pan or a small frying pan place the orange, cranberries, honey and sugar. Cook on a high heat for two minutes until golden.
  3. To make the topping, using a food processor blend together the butter, brown sugar, flour and oats until lumpy.
  4. Scatter this mixture over the crumble base.
  5. Place in the preheated oven for eight minutes.
  6. Serve hot from the oven.
