- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 1 tablespoon fresh orange juice
- 1 1/2 cups buttermilk baking mix
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup HERSHEY®'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- Heat oven to 375 F.
- Beat butter in medium bowl; gradually add brown sugar, beating until fluffy. Add egg, orange peel and juice; beat until smooth. Add biscuit mix, mixing well; stir in walnuts and chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely.
