- 1 cup Archer Farms™ roasted herb almonds
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup Archer Farms™ citrus orange dressing
- 2 (6 ounce) packages Archer Farms™ individually frozen mahi mahi fillets, thawed and patted dry with paper towels
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray shallow baking pan with cooking spray.
- Chop almonds in food processor fitted with metal blade, leaving some larger pieces.
- Place flour, dressing and nuts on separate plates. Coat each fillet with flour, then dressing and finally, the nuts; turn gently to coat thoroughly. Gently place in pan.
- Bake 20 minutes or until fillets are no longer translucent when cut with a fork.
