Nut-Crusted Mahi-Mahi Recipe

  • 1 cup Archer Farms™ roasted herb almonds
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup Archer Farms™ citrus orange dressing
  • 2 (6 ounce) packages Archer Farms™ individually frozen mahi mahi fillets, thawed and patted dry with paper towels
  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray shallow baking pan with cooking spray.
  2. Chop almonds in food processor fitted with metal blade, leaving some larger pieces.
  3. Place flour, dressing and nuts on separate plates. Coat each fillet with flour, then dressing and finally, the nuts; turn gently to coat thoroughly. Gently place in pan.
  4. Bake 20 minutes or until fillets are no longer translucent when cut with a fork.
