- 100g/3½oz feta, cut into 1cm/½in cubes
- 10 cherry tomatoes, halved
- small handful rocket
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- ½ garlic clove, peeled, crushed
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Put the feta and cherry tomatoes into a bowl.
- Make a dressing by mixing the olive oil with the garlic in another bowl.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and serve at once.
