No-Bake Power Bites Recipe

  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, or more to taste
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup cocoa nibs
  • sea salt to taste
  1. Mix almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract together in a bowl until smooth. Stir oats, coconut, chocolate chips, cocoa nibs, and sea salt into almond butter mixture until well combined; refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  2. Roll mixture into balls using your hands.
