- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, or more to taste
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup cocoa nibs
- sea salt to taste
- Mix almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract together in a bowl until smooth. Stir oats, coconut, chocolate chips, cocoa nibs, and sea salt into almond butter mixture until well combined; refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Roll mixture into balls using your hands.
