- 1/2 cup green tea, chilled
- 1/2 cup frozen sliced banana
- 1/2 cup packed fresh spinach
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (such as Vega®)
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
- Combine coconut water, green tea, banana, spinach, protein powder, and mint in a blender; blend until smooth, 1 to 2 minutes.
