New Potato Gratin Recipe

  • 1 1/2 pounds new potatoes, sliced 1/4-inch thick
  • 2 teaspoons McCormick® Gourmet Collection® Cilantro Leaves
  • 1 teaspoon McCormick® Gourmet Collection® Ground Mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Gourmet Collection® Coarse Grind Black Pepper
  • 3/4 cup freshly shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Layer half of the potatoes in a buttered, 1 1/2-quart shallow casserole.
  2. Combine cilantro, ground mustard, salt and pepper. Sprinkle half of spice mixture over potatoes. Layer remaining potatoes on top. Sprinkle remaining spice mixture over all. Top with cheese. Slowly pour cream over potatoes.
  3. Bake 45-50 minutes or until potatoes are soft and top is golden brown.
