Mustard-Horseradish Sauce Recipe

  • 2/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons prepared white horseradish
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh tarragon
  1. Mix all ingredients in small bowl to blend. Season with salt and pepper. (Can be made 1 day ahead. Cover; chill.)
