- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 cups freshly shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 1 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 (7.2 ounce) package Original Snack Factory® Pretzel Crisps®
- Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat. Add flour and whisk until thick. Slowly pour in milk; increase heat to medium low. Whisk until thick. Reduce heat to low and add cheese. Stir until cheese is melted. Remove from heat.
- Stir in mustard, mustard powder and garlic powder.
