- 1 teaspoon firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard
- 2 tablespoons white-wine vinegar
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh dill
- In a bowl whisk together the brown sugar, the mustard, the vinegar, and salt to taste, add the oil in a stream, whisking, and whisk the vinaigrette until it is emulsified. Stir in the dill.
