Muscle Burger Recipe

  • 8 ounces ground turkey
  • 8 ounces ground beef
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 cup chopped mushrooms
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 4 hamburger buns, split
  • 4 leaves lettuce
  • 4 slices tomato
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Form four patties and cook until juices run clear. Place each burger on a bun and top with lettuce, tomato and cheese.
