Muscle Burger and Fruit Salad Recipe

  • 8 ounces ground turkey
  • 8 ounces ground beef
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 cup mushrooms, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
  • 4 hamburger buns, split
  • 4 leaves lettuce
  • 4 slices tomato
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • Fruit Salad:
  • 1/2 ounce almonds, chopped
  • 1 apple, chopped
  • 1 banana, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons yogurt
  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Form four patties and cook until juices run clear. Place each burger on a bun and top with lettuce, tomato and cheese.
  2. Mix the ingredients for the fruit salad together and serve on the side.
