- 8 ounces ground turkey
- 8 ounces ground beef
- 4 egg whites
- 1 cup mushrooms, chopped
- 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
- 4 hamburger buns, split
- 4 leaves lettuce
- 4 slices tomato
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- Fruit Salad:
- 1/2 ounce almonds, chopped
- 1 apple, chopped
- 1 banana, chopped
- 2 tablespoons yogurt
- Combine all ingredients and mix well. Form four patties and cook until juices run clear. Place each burger on a bun and top with lettuce, tomato and cheese.
- Mix the ingredients for the fruit salad together and serve on the side.
