Multi-Grain Breakfast Cereal Recipe

  • 1/4 cup Bob's Red Mill 5 Grain Cereal
  • 2 tablespoons whey protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon Splenda®
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup Carb Countdown™ Milk, 2 %
  • 3 drops extract such as almond, vanilla, orange or maple flavor
  1. Mix together all ingredients in a large bowl (big enough for handling the boiling bubbles without spilling over) stir well. Zap in the microwave for 1 minute (or until it boils) and stir. Zap for another minute then stir. Let sit for 2 minutes then zap again for about 30 seconds. Let it cool a bit before eating.
