Muesli Parfait Recipe

  • 1/2 cup Smucker's® Simple Blends® Wildberry Fruit Spread
  • 1/2 cup Greek-style yogurt, divided
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax
  • 2 tablespoons fat-free, regular, or 2% evaporated milk
  • 1/2 apple, peeled and grated
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 3 tablespoons sliced almonds
  1. Muesli: Combine 2 tbsp (30 mL) fruit spread and 1/4 cup (50 mL) yogurt with remaining ingredients.
  2. Parfait: Layer Muesli with remaining fruit spread and yogurt in 2 parfait dishes and repeat.
