- 3 cups shredded carrots
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Morton® Seasoned Salt
- 1 1/2 cups shredded zucchini
- 1 shredded Idaho Potato
- 1 tablespoon Morton® Nature's Seasons® Seasoning Blend
- 1 tablespoon butter (or margarine)
- Season vegetables with Morton(R) Natures Seasons(R) seasoning blend and Morton(R) Seasoned Salt.
- Saute in butter (or margarine)/ oil combination stirring frequently, until tender-crisp, about 8 minutes.
