- 1/3 cup canned cream of coconut, such as Coco Lopez
- ¼ cup lemon sherbet, softened
- 2 cup 7-Up, chilled
- Wafer-thin lime slices, for garnish
- Divide the cream of coconut and lemon sherbet between 2 tall glasses, and stir well.
- Add a few ice cubes, and fill the glasses with 7-Up. Stir gently, and top each with a slice of lime.
