Molasses Ice Cream Recipe

  • 3 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup mild molasses
  • 2 cups half-and-half
  1. Blend cream cheese, brown sugar, and molasses in a food processor or blender until smooth. With motor running, add half-and-half, blending until combined.
  2. Freeze in an ice cream maker, then transfer ice cream to an airtight container and put in freezer to harden.
