Mock Molten Chocolate Cranberry Fudge Cakes Recipe

  • 1 cup hot fudge ice cream topping
  • 1/2 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 8 unfrosted chocolate cupcakes, from the bakery or a mix
  • Sweetened whipped cream or vanilla ice cream
  1. Heat fudge sauce and cranberry sauce together in medium microwavable bowl for 1 minute on High or until hot. Stir to mix well.
  2. For each dessert, place cupcake upside down on serving plate. Spoon about 2 tablespoons warm sauce over cake and top with a dollop of whipped cream or place a small scoop of ice cream on the side.
