- 1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 teaspoons orange juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons poppy seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- Ground black pepper
- 1 head red leaf lettuce, rinsed and torn
- 1 bunch watercress, washed, dried, and stemmed
- 1 cup cherry tomato halves
- To Make Dressing: Whisk together yogurt, honey, orange juice, poppy seeds, vinegar, and pepper.
- To Assemble Salad: In salad bowl, combine lettuce, watercress, and tomatoes. Add dressing and toss gently.
