- 2 tablespoons minced black olives
- 1 tablespoon minced shallots
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon Safeway SELECT Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons Safeway SELECT Verdi Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Safeway SELECT Verdi Olive Oil
- 1 pound spring mix or other mixed salad greens
- Salt and pepper
- In a large bowl, whisk together the olives, shallots, garlic, mustard, vinegar, and olive oil until well blended.
- Add salad greens to bowl and mix to coat. Add salt and pepper to taste.
