Minty Margarita Cake Recipe

  • 1 (18.8 oz.) package white cake mix
  • 1 (16 ounce) container vanilla frosting
  • 2 teaspoons grated fresh lime peel
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint leaves
  1. Prepare and bake white cake mix as directed on package for 13×9-inch cake. Cool completely.
  2. Stir frosting and remaining ingredients together in frosting container.
  3. Spread over cake. Garnish cake with additional fresh mint leaves, if you like.
