- 1 (18.8 oz.) package white cake mix
- 1 (16 ounce) container vanilla frosting
- 2 teaspoons grated fresh lime peel
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint leaves
- Prepare and bake white cake mix as directed on package for 13×9-inch cake. Cool completely.
- Stir frosting and remaining ingredients together in frosting container.
- Spread over cake. Garnish cake with additional fresh mint leaves, if you like.
