Minty Cucumber Raita Recipe

  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 cups diced cucumber
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  1. In a bowl, stir the yogurt, cucumber, cilantro, mint, and cumin until the yogurt is smooth and creamy; season to taste with salt and black pepper. Cover and chill before serving.
