- 3 cups uncooked medium pasta shells
- 2/3 cup Italian dressing
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 2 medium carrots, sliced
- 1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can Italian-style stewed or diced tomatoes, drained
- Cook and drain pasta as directed on package.
- Toss pasta and remaining ingredients. Serve warm or cold.
