Microwave Chocolate Kahlua Cake Recipe

  • 1 (18.25 ounce) package angel food cake mix
  • 1 (18.25 ounce) package chocolate fudge cake mix
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon Kahlua Pumpkin Spice (or regular Kahlua)
  • Chocolate topping
  • Whipped cream
  • Other toppings: frosting, strawberry sauce
  1. Mix cake mixes together. (Mixture makes enough for about 24 Kahlua cakes).
  2. Spoon 3 tablespoons of mixture into a lightly oiled coffee mug. Add water and Kahlua. Stir well and microwave until cooked through, 1 minute 20 seconds.
  3. Let the cake stand for a few minutes before adding topping of your choice.
