- 1 ounce green crème de menthe
- 1 ounce Kahlúa
- 1 ounce light cream
- 1/2 cup crushed ice
- Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker, shake vigorously and strain into a saucer champagne glass. (Or whirl ingredients in an electric blender and serve in a cocktail glass.)
- You may also subsitute heavy for light cream.
