Mexi-rolls Recipe

  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 6 green onions, chopped
  • 1 (4 ounce) can green chilies, drained
  • 6 flour tortillas
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar salsa
  1. Mix the cream cheese, sour cream, onion and chiles in a large bowl. Spread 1/6 of the mixture on each tortilla. Roll them up like jelly rolls, slice into 1-inch pieces, and dip in salsa.
