Melon with parma ham Recipe

  • ½ cantaloupe melon, seeds and skin removed, quartered
  • 8 fresh basil leaves, plus an extra sprig, to garnish
  • 4 slices parma ham
  1. Place two basil leaves on top of each piece of melon.
  2. Wrap a slice of parma ham around each piece of melon.
  3. To serve, place the parma ham-wrapped melon onto a serving plate and garnish with a sprig of basil.
