- ½ cantaloupe melon, seeds and skin removed, quartered
- 8 fresh basil leaves, plus an extra sprig, to garnish
- 4 slices parma ham
- Place two basil leaves on top of each piece of melon.
- Wrap a slice of parma ham around each piece of melon.
- To serve, place the parma ham-wrapped melon onto a serving plate and garnish with a sprig of basil.
