Mediterranean Pasta Shells Recipe

  • 2 tablespoons Mrs. Dash® Garlic and Herb Blend
  • 2 cups pasta shells, medium size, cooked
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 3 ounces low-fat ricotta cheese
  1. Preheat oven to 225 degrees F.
  2. Sprinkle cherry tomatoes with 1 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash(R) Garlic & Herb Blend.
  3. Cook for 30 minutes to soften tomatoes.
  4. Toss with pasta shells and remaining ingredients.
