- 2 tablespoons Mrs. Dash® Garlic and Herb Blend
- 2 cups pasta shells, medium size, cooked
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 3 ounces low-fat ricotta cheese
- Preheat oven to 225 degrees F.
- Sprinkle cherry tomatoes with 1 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash(R) Garlic & Herb Blend.
- Cook for 30 minutes to soften tomatoes.
- Toss with pasta shells and remaining ingredients.
