Mediterranean Chicken with Pasta Recipe

  • 8 ounces Archer Farms™ ziti
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1 (4 ounce) package crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup pitted Kalamata olives, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Archer Farms dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon Market Pantry™ Italian seasoning
  • 2 cups Archer Farms four cheese pasta sauce
  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Heat George Foreman or panini grill.
  3. In small bowl combine feta, olives and oregano.
  4. Slice 2-inch pocket in side of chicken pieces. Stuff with feta mixture; chicken breasts will be full. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  5. Grill for 6 to 7 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink.
  6. Heat sauce in small saucepan over low heat. Serve chicken with pasta. Pour sauce over pasta and chicken.
