- 8 ounces Archer Farms™ ziti
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 1 (4 ounce) package crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup pitted Kalamata olives, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon Archer Farms dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon Market Pantry™ Italian seasoning
- 2 cups Archer Farms four cheese pasta sauce
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Heat George Foreman or panini grill.
- In small bowl combine feta, olives and oregano.
- Slice 2-inch pocket in side of chicken pieces. Stuff with feta mixture; chicken breasts will be full. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Grill for 6 to 7 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink.
- Heat sauce in small saucepan over low heat. Serve chicken with pasta. Pour sauce over pasta and chicken.
