- 3 ounces white chocolate chips (about 1/2 cup) or white chocolate, chopped
- 1 (13-ounce) can unsweetened coconut milk
- 2 1/2 teaspoons matcha (green tea powder), plus more for serving
- Marshmallows (for serving)
- Heat chocolate and coconut milk in a small saucepan over medium, stirring, until smooth and chocolate is melted. Bring to a simmer.
- Meanwhile, pour 1 cup hot water into a medium bowl or large measuring cup. Sift 2 1/2 tsp. matcha through a fine-mesh sieve into hot water, then whisk mixture until frothy. Whisk chocolate mixture into matcha. Divide between 2 mugs. Top with marshmallows and sprinkle with more matcha.
