Marinated Shrimp in Lemon-Dill Sauce Recipe

  • 1 1/2 cups Safeway SELECT™ Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Lucerne® Sour Cream
  • 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 large red onion, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh dill
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 pounds jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 pounds cooked extra-large shrimp (26 to 30 per pound)
  1. In a large bowl, stir together mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, sugar, onion, dill, and salt. Stir in shrimp.
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight, stirring once.
  3. Serve with frilly toothpicks.
