Marinate While You Bake Chicken Recipe

  • 1 (3 pound) chicken, cut into serving pieces
  • 1 cup Lawry's® Lemon Pepper Marinade with Lemon Juice
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. In 13 x 9-inch glass baking dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray, arrange chicken. Pour Lawry's(R) Lemon Pepper Marinade with Lemon Juice over chicken. Bake chicken, turning and basting once, 60 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Serve, if desired, with pan juices.
