Maple Sugar-Pecan Butter Recipe

  • 2/3 cup maple sugar or maple syrup
  • 8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter at room temperature
  • ½ cup toasted chopped pecans
  1. In a small bowl, combine the maple sugar and butter and beat with an electric mixer until light and fluffy: Stir in the pecans. Spoon into a small bowl and serve or cover and refrigerate for up to 1 week.
