Maple Orange Squash Recipe

  • 1 (10 ounce) package Cascadian Farm® frozen organic winter squash
  • 2 tablespoons Cascadian Farm® frozen (thawed) organic orange juice concentrate
  • 2 tablespoons real maple or maple-flavored syrup
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice, or to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Cook squash as directed on package.
  2. Combine warm squash and remaining ingredients except brown sugar in bowl; pour into ungreased 1-quart casserole.
  3. Sprinkle brown sugar evenly over squash mixture; bake 20 minutes or until bubbling on surface.
