- 1 (10 ounce) package Cascadian Farm® frozen organic winter squash
 - 2 tablespoons Cascadian Farm® frozen (thawed) organic orange juice concentrate
 - 2 tablespoons real maple or maple-flavored syrup
 - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice, or to taste
 - 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
 - 1/8 teaspoon salt
 - 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
 - 1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
 
- Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Cook squash as directed on package.
 - Combine warm squash and remaining ingredients except brown sugar in bowl; pour into ungreased 1-quart casserole.
 - Sprinkle brown sugar evenly over squash mixture; bake 20 minutes or until bubbling on surface.
