- 125ml/4fl oz double cream, softly whipped
- 3 tbsp Greek-style yoghurt
- ½ lime, juice only
- 1 tbsp maple syrup, plus extra to serve
- ½ mango, peeled and chopped
- lime wedges, to garnish
- In a bowl, mix the whipped cream, yoghurt, lime juice and maple syrup together.
- To serve, spoon the mixture into a dessert glass. Top with the chopped mango, drizzle with extra maple syrup and garnish with lime wedges.
