Maple, lime and mango syllabub Recipe

  • 125ml/4fl oz double cream, softly whipped
  • 3 tbsp Greek-style yoghurt
  • ½ lime, juice only
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup, plus extra to serve
  • ½ mango, peeled and chopped
  • lime wedges, to garnish
  1. In a bowl, mix the whipped cream, yoghurt, lime juice and maple syrup together.
  2. To serve, spoon the mixture into a dessert glass. Top with the chopped mango, drizzle with extra maple syrup and garnish with lime wedges.
