Maple cream with glazed oranges Recipe

  • 200ml/7fl oz double cream
  • 1 tbsp icing sugar
  • 1 orange, peeled and segmented
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  1. Whip the cream with the icing sugar in a bowl until it forms soft peaks when the whisk is removed.
  2. To serve, spoon the cream mixture into a serving glass, place the orange segments on top and drizzle with the maple syrup.
