- 200ml/7fl oz double cream
- 1 tbsp icing sugar
- 1 orange, peeled and segmented
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- Whip the cream with the icing sugar in a bowl until it forms soft peaks when the whisk is removed.
- To serve, spoon the cream mixture into a serving glass, place the orange segments on top and drizzle with the maple syrup.
