- ½ mango
- ½ chilli, finely chopped
- ½ tsp mixed spice
- 1 tbsp runny honey
- Preheat the grill to high.
- Criss-cross the mango flesh, then turn the mango half inside out to make a 'hedgehog' shape.
- Sprinkle over the chopped chilli, mixed spice and honey.
- Place the mango onto a baking sheet then place under the grill for 2-3 minutes.
- To serve, place the mango onto a plate.
