Mango Ice Cream Recipe

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 tablespoons water, or as needed
  1. Layer Greek yogurt, mango chunks, ginger, and water in a blender in the order listed. Pulse 3 or 4 times; blend until smooth, adding more water to reach desired consistency.
