- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Archer Farms™ Mango Curry Sauce
- 4 (10 inch) spinach flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken, (from an Archer Farms™ oven roasted chicken)
- 1 1/3 cups tri-colored coleslaw blend
- Mix mayonnaise and curry sauce in small bowl. Spread 3 tablespoons mayonnaise mixture in 2-inch wide strip down center of tortilla.
- Top with 1/2 cup chicken and 1/3 cup coleslaw blend. Repeat, using remaining ingredients.
- Fold one end of tortilla up about 2 inches over filling, fold right and left sides over folded end, overlapping; repeat. Serve at once.
