Mango Curry Chicken Wraps Recipe

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Archer Farms™ Mango Curry Sauce
  • 4 (10 inch) spinach flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken, (from an Archer Farms™ oven roasted chicken)
  • 1 1/3 cups tri-colored coleslaw blend
  1. Mix mayonnaise and curry sauce in small bowl. Spread 3 tablespoons mayonnaise mixture in 2-inch wide strip down center of tortilla.
  2. Top with 1/2 cup chicken and 1/3 cup coleslaw blend. Repeat, using remaining ingredients.
  3. Fold one end of tortilla up about 2 inches over filling, fold right and left sides over folded end, overlapping; repeat. Serve at once.
