- ½ mango, skin and stone removed, chopped
- 150ml/5¼fl oz double cream, lightly whipped
- 1 tbsp honey, plus extra for drizzling
- ½ lime, juice and zest only
- lime wedges and fresh mint sprigs, to garnish
- In a small bowl, mix together the chopped mango, whipped cream, honey, lime juice and zest and spoon into a serving glass. Garnish with an extra drizzle of honey, lime wedges and mint sprigs.
