Malted Milk Shake Recipe

  • 1 cup low-fat milk
  • 1/4 cup malted milk powder
  • 1 pint low-fat vanilla frozen yogurt
  • 1/4 cup chocolate-covered malt balls, coarsely chopped
  1. In a blender, combine milk, malted-milk powder, and frozen yogurt; puree until smooth. Pour into four glasses; garnish each drink with 1 tablespoon chopped malt balls. Serve immediately.
