- 1 1/3 cups buttermilk
- 1 (5.1 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 (30 ounce) can fruit cocktail, drained
- 2 (11 ounce) cans mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 cup rainbow colored miniature marshmallows
- 1 (8 ounce) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
- In a mixing bowl, beat the buttermilk and pudding mix on medium speed for 1 minute. let stand for 5 minutes. Fold in the fruit cocktail, oranges, marshmallows and whipped topping. Refrigerate until serving.
