- 1 (16 ounce) package Archer Farms™ all natural frozen mahi mahi fillets, thawed
- Kosher salt
- Fresh ground pepper
- 1 tablespoon Archer Farms™ extra virgin olive oil
- 1 (10 ounce) container refrigerated 100% natural black bean pico de gallo
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh pineapple
- Season fillets with salt and pepper. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat until hot; add fillets.
- Cook 8 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork, turning once. Reduce heat to low.
- Add remaining ingredients; cover. Cook 3 minutes or until mixture is hot.
