Longevity Burger Recipe

  • 8 ounces 97% fat-free ground beef
  • 8 ounces ground turkey
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 cup tofu
  • 4 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons basil
  • 4 hamburger buns
  1. Combine first 7 ingredients. Mix well. Form four patties and cook until done.
  2. Serve on bun with toppings of choice.
