- 8 ounces 97% fat-free ground beef
- 8 ounces ground turkey
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 cup tofu
- 4 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons basil
- 4 hamburger buns
- Combine first 7 ingredients. Mix well. Form four patties and cook until done.
- Serve on bun with toppings of choice.
