Long Grain and Wild Rice Herb Salad with Toasted Pecans Recipe

  • 1 (6 ounce) box UNCLE BEN'S® Long Grain & Wild Rice Original Recipe
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped and toasted
  • 1 teaspoon marjoram
  • 1/4 cup parsley
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 stalks celery, finely diced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  1. Prepare rice according to package instructions and chill.
  2. Toast chopped pecans in 325 degree F oven for 15 minutes.
  3. Mix all the remaining ingredients with the rice in a large bowl.
  4. Arrange rice mixture in serving dish and top with toasted pecans.
