- 1 (6 ounce) box UNCLE BEN'S® Long Grain & Wild Rice Original Recipe
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped and toasted
- 1 teaspoon marjoram
- 1/4 cup parsley
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 stalks celery, finely diced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Prepare rice according to package instructions and chill.
- Toast chopped pecans in 325 degree F oven for 15 minutes.
- Mix all the remaining ingredients with the rice in a large bowl.
- Arrange rice mixture in serving dish and top with toasted pecans.
