Lite Quick Chocolate Mousse Recipe

  • 1 (14 ounce) can EAGLE BRAND® Low Fat Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 (4 serving size) package chocolate instant pudding mix
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 (8 ounce) container frozen light non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
  1. In large bowl, beat sweetened condensed milk, pudding mix and water; chill 5 minutes.
  2. Fold in whipped topping. Spoon into serving dishes; chill. Garnish as desired. Store leftovers covered in refrigerator.
