- 2 pounds chicken drummettes
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 tablespoon Lawry's® Garlic Salt
- 1 teaspoon Lawry's® Seasoned Pepper
- 1 teaspoon grated lime peel
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- In large bowl, toss chicken with lime juice; set side.
- In large resealable plastic bag, combine Lawry's(R) Garlic Salt, Lawry's(R) Seasoned Pepper and lime peel. Add chicken mixture; turn to coat. On broiler pan with rack, arrange chicken. Bake, turning once, 50 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
