- 1 pound 97% fat-free ground beef
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 2 teaspoons minced fresh garlic
- 2 teaspoons oregano
- 4 whole wheat pitas
- Sour cream
- Cucumber slices
- Salad:
- 4 cups spinach
- 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
- 1/2 small onion, sliced
- 1/2 bell pepper, cut in strips
- 1 ounce sunflower seeds
- Combine first 4 ingredients. Mix well. Make 4 patties. Cook and serve on pita bread with toppings and salad.
