- 150g/5½oz fillet steak, cut into strips
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp dried chilli flakes
- 2 spring onions, finely sliced
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 Little Gem lettuce, large leaves only
- Heat a griddle pan until hot. Drizzle the beef strips in the oil and chilli flakes and fry quickly in the hot griddle pan for 1-2 minutes. Add the spring onions, season with salt and freshly ground black pepper and cook for a further minute.
- To serve, arrange the lettuce leaves on a serving plate and fill with the chilli beef stir-fry.
