- 8 cups O Organics™ Chicken Broth
- 1 1/2 cups uncooked orzo (rice-shaped pasta)
- 1 1/2 cups chopped cooked O Organics Chicken
- 2 cups chopped fresh kale
- 2 stalks celery, finely chopped
- 3 O Organics Carrots, finely chopped
- 2 cups O Organics Fresh Baby Spinach
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped O Organics Fresh Dill
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese
- Bring broth and orzo to a boil in a large Dutch oven; cook 7 minutes.
- Add chicken, kale, celery, and carrot; cook 5 minutes. Stir in spinach, pepper, dill, and lemon juice. Ladle soup into bowls. Sprinkle each serving evenly with cheese. Serve immediately.
